The Whole30 is a 30 day clean eating experiment designed to help you revamp your eating habits and discover what foods your body functions best on, both physically and mentally. As a Whole30 Certified Coach I strive to help people make long lasting lifestyle changes in order to improve their health and quality of life. New to the Whole30? Check out the rules below:
- Give us 30 days.
- Eat REAL food.
- Eliminate sugar, alcohol, grains, dairy, and legumes from your diet.
- Do not consume carrageenan, MSG, or sulfites.
- Do not consume baked goods, junk foods, or treats with “approved” ingredients.
- Do not step on the scale or take any body measurements for 30 days.
