Whole30 Coaching

The Whole30 is a 30 day clean eating experiment designed to help you revamp your eating habits and discover what foods your body functions best on, both physically and mentally. As a Whole30 Certified Coach I strive to help people make long lasting lifestyle changes in order to improve their health and quality of life. New to the Whole30? Check out the rules below:

  1. Give us 30 days. 
  2. Eat REAL food. 
  3. Eliminate sugar, alcohol, grains, dairy, and legumes from your diet. 
  4. Do not consume carrageenan, MSG, or sulfites. 
  5. Do not consume baked goods, junk foods, or treats with “approved” ingredients.
  6. Do not step on the scale or take any body measurements for 30 days.
